Shipping & Delivery

  • It takes about 2 business days to process the order at our warehouse in Jaipur and ship the package. In case the product ordered is under production, the processing time may be longer. In such cases, you will be informed by email.

  • Shipping rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be displayed at the time of checkout when the shipping address is provided

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN and a contact number to ensure faster delivery.

  • Within India, orders are delivered within 15-20 business days after processing

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Gaaba and accept The Gaaba's decision regarding the cancellation.

  • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • The deliveries might be a bit delayed from our end. Due to Festive season

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse to the mentioned shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied at the time of port entry. These charges vary based on the destination country and hence can not be calculated beforehand. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional charges directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
